How should I measure for a rug?
Mark the area with paper or tape first. The rug should extend about 30 cm past sofas and tables, and it should not sit flush against the walls.

Canceling an order
You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering. After that the rug is picked and packed, and the cancellation is no longer accepted.
I have a pet. Can I use an Apex rug?
Yes. Choose a low pile if you vacuum often, and blot spills instead of rubbing them.

Can I use a robot vacuum on your rugs?
Yes. Run it on a low setting once or twice a week, and keep tassels and high pile out of its path.
Cleaning rugs with a robot vacuum
Exchanges, returns, and cancellations
If you are not happy with a standard-size rug, you can return it within 7 business days of delivery, or exchange it within 14 business days. The rug must be unused and in its original packaging. Custom-cut rugs cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours.
