Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most are below. Write to us if yours is not here.
Where can I see this rug?
Come and feel it at a retailer or an Apex store.
Retailers and stores
Will this rug shed?
Rugs are finished after weaving. A light shed in the first weeks can happen with some materials, and it passes.
Which size should I choose?
Mark the area with paper or tape. The rug should extend about 30 cm past sofas and tables, and it should not sit flush against the walls.
Rug size guide
I have a pet. Can I use a rug?
Yes. A low pile is easier to vacuum, and spills should be blotted, not rubbed.
Rugs in homes with cats
Can you cut this rug to a custom size?
Yes, when the pattern has no border and no central medallion. Send the size on WhatsApp and we will confirm.

Can I use a robot vacuum?
