Web Store Return Policy

If you are not satisfied for any reason of your purchase, you must give us your request in writing or via customer service verbally within 14 days from the date of receipt, which you must make a priority for refund or replacement.

Upon receipt of your return request, APEX will evaluate its compliance with the return conditions set out below. If approved, your products will be taken back by the contracting company. The return shipping price of the products or products you return will be met by us. You can send us a cargo company with your preferred shipping cost.

The return of your products will be made in the same way as you paid to us within the 14 days following the delivery. Reflection of your credit card return may take 2-5 working days under normal conditions, depending on your bank's procedures.

General Return Policy

Refusals must be made with the original box or packaging.
Products whose original box / packaging is damaged, damaged, incomplete, lost resellability, and are in a condition that can not be bought by another customer are not accepted.
The return form on the original invoice with the product you wish to return must be filled out and sent to us after signing.
We can do the reimbursement planning of the products you want to return. The return shipping fee of the shipments carried by the cargo companies we negotiate with us is met by us. Otherwise, the shipping company will charge you the transportation fee.
Disassembled products in furniture category are not accepted after the assembly.
Ease of Damaged or Bland Products

When you receive your order, please check that the products are EXTREMELY and RIGHT. Your products are delivered with shipment. Within the scope of e-archive application, your invoice is only created in electronic form and sent to your e-mail address automatically. Exchange and return transactions cannot be made without invoices.

The cargo authority will sign you that you have received the products in a complete and reliable manner. In the case of damaged products, you must attach a record to the cargo authority without receiving these products. These products will be exchanged on 14 business days. In this case, you will not be charged for any additional shipping or product charges.

For the return of damaged or defective products which are not noticed at time of delivery, our Customer Services department may request that you send us a photo showing the damage or defect of the product. If it is determined that the result of the examination is not caused by the consumer, one-on-one change will be made. The return fields in the original invoice, together with the product to be exchanged, must be filled in completely and sent to us after signing.

Missing or Incorrect Product

If there is a missing product in your order, you must take this as a note before taking the other products and signing for the missing products. On the other hand, if your order contains the wrong product, you should not take this product and specify it in writing on the delivery note.
